Bear Creek Golf Club, previously named Woodlake Golf Course, is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Monroe, Georgia

Bear Creek Golf Club first opened for play in the spring of 1990. The course was designed by Phillip Ballard. New owners acquired the course in August 2008 and immediately went to work making upgrades and renamed the golf facility/course.

Bear Creek Golf Club has tree-lined fairways and medium-sized greens that are undulating and moderate in speed. Water comes into play on four holes. The course plays from 4,455 to 6,502 yards and there are six sets of tees. Par for the course is 71.

Now that new owners have taken over Bear Creek (formerly known as Woodlake)we can start to see the improvements already. You can tell that work has been done to improve the fairways and greens.
